Pakistan launches PAK app complaint system for petrol relief scheme

The government of Pakistan has introduced a digital complaints system for people facing problems with the petrol relief scheme.

Citizens can now register and track complaints through the PAK app, according to the Ministry of IT and Telecom.

Under the process, users are required to open the PAK app and select the fuel complaint option. They can then enter details of the issue, along with relevant information about the petrol station involved.

After providing the required information, users can submit their complaint through the app and track its progress digitally.
