Premium Meet-and-Greet service launched at Islamabad airport

ISLAMABAD: The Premium Meet-and-Greet service has been launched at Islamabad International Airport to provide passengers with enhanced comfort, convenience and personalised assistance, the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) said.

According to the PAA, the new premium concierge service has been introduced to improve the overall passenger experience and provide additional support during arrival and departure.

Dedicated corridors and waiting areas have been designated at the airport for passengers using the premium service, ensuring a more convenient and comfortable travel experience.

The PAA said the Premium Meet-and-Greet facility is aimed at offering passengers greater ease and personalised assistance while further improving service standards at Islamabad International Airport.

Earlier in March, the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) introduced a new facility to improve passenger services at Islamabad International Airport, with the launch of a currency exchange counter in the international arrivals lounge.

The facility was formally inaugurated by Director Commercial, Rabia Salma, in the presence of the airport manager and members of the commercial team.
